Job Description:
Starting in mid-January, 2019, this position involves the creation, customisation, delivery and follow-up of Berlitz Business Communication Skills courses, as well as support to the Sales team. The trainer will be expected to demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork and communicate effectively with other departments and Language Centers.
Assignments and responsibilities include:
• delivering business communication skills programs
• curriculum support
• teaching special Sales Department courses
• supporting the Sales Department (visiting clients, conducting effective needs assessments, proposing effective programs, delivering and following-up as needed)
• fostering a spirit of continual innovation within the department to ensure that we always exceed our clients’ needs through active and complete participation in all aspects of client activities
Working Schedule
The hours are Tuesday to Saturday (inclusive). The basic hours are, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with the schedule sliding to an early start or late finsh when necessary to deliver courses.
this position requires enrolment in Social Insurance (shakai hoken)
has a three-month developmental period to allow the selected candidate to build and refine their skills. As such, we are only looking for candidates who are able to make a minimum commitment to the role of 2 years.
a monthly train pass from the nearest station to your home to Aoyama-Itchome Station will be reimbursed
